1. An appointment is required should you wish to rent rooms at Maia Manor, this can be arranged in person or via Video  Chat with Site Manager.

2. All guests must be over the age of 18 yrs old to rent rooms, the Site Manager must sight identification at time of appointment, no record is kept of identification.

3. Once approved, door Code & link to calendar will provided.

4. All room bookings must be entered into online calendar.

5. Payment is deposited at the end of the room booking. Any payment issues, please discuss with Site Manager.

6. Prep Rooms:
 

• Guests must prep the room after each room booking.

• Use tidy bags found in the top drawer in each room for disposal of waste, these must be placed in the big bin in the kitchen.

• No personal items to be left in the room.

7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms except for water bottles.

8. Assist with laundry, place linen into the washing machine and/or dryer.

9. Kitchen: Keep clean and tidy at all times.

10. Only approved guests are permitted at Maia Manor.

11. Strictly Drug Free.

12. Alcohol use limited. 

13. No Smoking at Maia Manor. A private courtyard is available via the office.

14. Respect & Value all guests while at Maia Manor.

15. Observe instruction notices as displayed at Maia Manor. 

16. All room bookings must finish on time.

17. Verbally agree to the above terms and conditions.
